Right on, Shileen!

I love play dates. I try to make sure I get outside and play at least once a week. My favorites are the times when I just walk along the lake shore or the river banks and talk to the ducks, or stop and pet other people's dogs. I love to wander, and sometimes will spend hours downtown checking out the bookstores, furniture stores, and antique shops too.

It doesn't matter what I do, I always end up coming home with lots of new ideas, refreshed and fired up to work again.

I agree 100%, Shileen! The last time I had a playdate was on Wednesday evening. I went to visit a friend who has a farm. I love going there and "playing" with the animals. She has horses, rabbits, ducks, turkeys, and chickens....oh, we can't forget the dog. We went and collected eggs, I helped do the evening chores...then it was play time. ;) I got to hold and pet the bunnies, turkeys, and ducks...the ducks are my favorite because their feathers are still sort of fuzzy.

I had just as much fun as a young child would have. Sometimes it's about the animals, sometimes we garden....but we always have fun! :)

Great post, Shileen!
